During the day, we formed teams with employees from different areas of the company. Through practical dynamics, each team faced situations that simulated common errors or faults in the logistics environment. The challenge was to identify problems and propose solutions, testing observation skills, teamwork and, above all, commitment to safety.

This type of exercise not only helps us to detect potential failures before they occur, but also reminds us that safety is everyone’s job, whether or not we are directly involved in operational work. From those in the field to those in the office, each of us has an important role to play in building a safer work environment.

It was an enriching experience that allowed us to look at the work from a different perspective and to appreciate even more the importance of acting with caution, using the right equipment and following the established protocols.
